Mind moves matter.

စိတ္သည္ အေျခအေန အေၾကာင္းကိစၥအားလံုး ၿပီးေျမာက္ေအာင္ျမင္ေစသည္။

Our life is what our thoughts make it.

ကၽြႏ္ုပ္တို႔၏ ဘဝ သည္ ကၽြႏ္ုပ္တို႔ ထင္ျမင္ယူဆခ်က္မ်ားႏွင္႔ တည္ေဆာက္ထားသည္။

Wisdom is acquired by an inquiring mind.

အသိဉာဏ္ပညာ ဆိုသည္မွာ အသစ္အသစ္မ်ားအတြက္ စူးစမ္းေလ႔လာျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။

A man who does not think for himself does not think at all.

ကိုယ္႔အတြက္ကိုယ္ပင္ မစဥ္းစားတတ္ေသာသူတစ္ဦးအေနႏွင္႔ တပါးသူအတြက္ စဥ္းစားေပးလိမ္႔မည္မဟုတ္။

Greater understanding increases the capacity for tolerance.

ႀကီးက်ယ္ျမင္႔ျမတ္သည္႔ စိတ္ထားသည္ သည္းခံနိုင္ပမာဏမႈကို မူလ ပမာဏထက္ ပိုမိုတိုးပြားေစသည္။

Wisdom is the supreme part of happiness.

အသိဉာဏ္ပညာ သည္ ေပ်ာ္ရႊင္ၾကည္နူးျခင္း၏ အျမင့္ဆုံး အထြတ္အထိပ္ျဖစ္သည္။

Have the courage to be wise.

ခ်င့္ခ်ိန္ဆင္ျခင္ တတ္ေသာ သတၱိရွိပါ။

Kindness is more important than wisdom, and the recognition of this is the beginning of wisdom.

ၾကင္နာျခင္းသည္ အသိဉာဏ္ပညာ ထက္ ပိုမိုအေရးႀကီးသည္။ ထိုအေၾကာင္းကို အသိမွတ္ျပဳျခင္းသည္ အသိဉာဏ္ပညာ တစ္ခု ၏ အစပင္ျဖစ္သည္။

"အိပ္မေပ်ာ္ေသာသူတစ္ဦးအတြက္ ညတာ အလြန္ရွည္၏၊ အလြန္အိပ္ေကာင္းေနသူတစ္ဦးအတြက္ ညတာ အလြန္ တို၏" ဟု ဗုဒၵဘုရားရွင္ ဆံုးမ ခဲ႔ဖူးသည္။ ထိုသို႔ပင္ အလုပ္သိပ္မ်ားေနသူတစ္ဦးအတြက္ အခ်ိန္သည္ မလံုေလာက္သလိုပင္ အလုပ္မရွိသူတစ္ဦးအတြက္ အခ်ိန္ေတြ သိပ္ၿပီး ပိုေနေပလိမ္႔မည္ျဖစ္သည္။

ယေန႔ ျမန္မာလူမ်ိဳးတစ္ဦး၏ လူ႔ဘဝသည္ ပ်မ္းမွ် ၇၅ ႏွစ္ ႏွင္႔ ၈၀ ၾကားတြင္သာ ရွိၾကသည္။ ထိုအရြယ္တြင္မွာပဲ အသက္ ႏွင္႔ ဘဝ ႏွစ္ခုလံုးကို လံုးဝ အဆံုးသတ္ၾကရသည္။ ၇၅ ႏွစ္၊ ၈၀ ႏွစ္ သည္ ဘဝ အဆံုးဟု ဆိုေသာ္လည္း ဘဝ အစ မွာ ၂၅ ႏွစ္ (သို႔) ၃၀ ႏွစ္ (သို႔) ၃၅ ႏွစ္မွ စနိုင္ၾကသည္။ ေရးတတ္ ဖတ္တတ္ဖို႔ သင္ၾကားရင္း၊ ေပ်ာ္ပါးရင္း၊ အခ်ိန္ျဖဳန္းရင္ႏွင္႔ အခ်ိဳ႕ဆိုလွ်င္ ၄၀ ေက်ာ္ခ်ိန္ထိ ဘဝ မစနုိင္ေသးေပ။ ဘဝကို မစနိုင္ေသးသည္ ဆိုတာထက္ ဘဝ ရဲ႕ အႏွစ္သာရ ကို ရွာေဖြဖို႔ ေမ႔ေလွ်ာ႔ေနၾကသည္ဆိုလွ်င္ ပိုမွန္လိမ္႔မည္။ ထိုအရြယ္မ်ားတြင္ ဘဝ အတြက္ အဓိပၸါယ္ရွိေသာ အလုပ္တစ္ခုကို စတင္လုပ္ေဆာင္နိုင္ၾကၿပီး အသက္ ၆၀ အရြယ္ေရာက္ေသာအခါ အဆံုးသတ္သြားၾကျပန္သည္။ အမွန္တကယ္ အလုပ္လုပ္နုိင္သည္႔ အေကာင္းဆံုး ခ်ိန္က အလြန္နည္းလွသည္။

ကၽြန္ုပ္တို႔၏ ယခုလက္ရွိအသက္ကို ၆၀ ထဲမွ ႏႈတ္ၾကည္႔ပါက ေနာက္ထပ္ အလုပ္ အေကာင္းဆံုး လုပ္ေဆာင္နိုင္မည္႔ အခ်ိန္အပိုင္းအျခားတစ္ခုကို ရရွိေပမည္။ ထိုကာလ အပိုင္းအျခားသည္ ဘဝ တစ္ေလွ်ာက္လံုးအားျဖင္႔ အသင္ယူ၊ အေလ႔လာရဆံုး အခ်ိန္အပိုင္းအျခားတစ္ခုျဖစ္သလို၊ အႀကိဳးစား အရုန္းကန္ရဆံုး အပိုင္းအျခားလည္း ျဖစ္သည္။ ထို႔အျပင္ လူ တစ္ဦးႏွင္႔တစ္ဦးကို အေျခအေန တစ္ခုမွ တစ္ခုသို႔ လံုးဝ ကြဲျပား၊ ကြာဟ သြားေအာင္ ခြဲျခားေပးသည္႔ ကာလျဖစ္သည္။ ထို႔ေၾကာင္႔ ဤမွ်ေလာက္ေသာ ဘဝ တစ္ခုလံုးအတြက္ အေရးပါသည္ လူလတ္ပိုင္းအရြယ္ ကို စကၠန္႔နွင္႔အမွ် အက်ိဳးရွိေအာင္ အသံုးခ်သင္႔ေပသည္။

အခ်ိန္တစ္ခုကို အသိပညာတစ္ခု ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ ဥစၥာပစၥည္းတစ္ခုေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ တရားဘာဝနာ တစ္ခုေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း မရရွိလိုက္ပဲ မကုန္ဆံုးသင္႔ေပ။ လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈတိုင္းက ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ရွိေနရမည္။ အက်ိဳးမမဲ႔ေစရ။ လူငယ္ တစ္ဦးႏွင္႔ လူႀကီးတစ္ဦးသည္ ဦးေနွာက္၏ ထိုးထြင္းသိျမင္နုိင္မႈ စြမ္းရည္ တူေနေသာ္လည္း လူႀကီးတစ္ဦး၏ ဦးေနာက္က လူငယ္တစ္ဦး၏ ဦးေနာက္ထက္ အေလးခ်ိန္ပိုစီးေနရမည္။ ပိုမို တည္ၿငိမ္ ရင္႔က်က္ေနရမည္။ မည္သူမဆို လူသားတစ္ဦးအေနနွင္႔ မနက္ထက္ ညမွာ ပညာပိုရွိရမည္။ မေန႔ကထက္ သည္ကေန႔တြင္ ပညာပိုရွိရမည္။ အသက္ႀကီးလာသည္ႏွင္႔အမွ် ဦးေႏွာက္အေလးခ်ိန္ ပိုစီးလာရမည္။ ထိုသို႔မဟုတ္ပါက အႀကီးမားဆံုးျပစ္မႈကို က်ဴးလြန္ရာေရာက္သည္။ ထို႔ေၾကာင္႔ တန္ဖိုးရွိသည္႔အခ်ိန္ေတြကို တန္ဖိုးရွိရွိအသံုးခ်ဖို႔ ဗုဒၶဘုရားရွင္က "အက်ိဳးေက်းဇူးမရွိပဲ အခ်ိန္မကုန္ၾကေစႏွင္႔” ဟု အၿမဲမပ်က္တိုက္တြန္းခဲ႔သည္။

မွန္၏။ ဘဝသည္ အလြန္တိုေတာင္း၏။ အက်ိဳးမရွိပဲ အခ်ိန္မကုန္ေစဖို႔ ကၽြႏု္ပ္တို႔အားလံုး သတိျပဳသင္႔သည္။ မိမိအက်ိဳးစီးပြားေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ မိမိပတ္ဝန္းက်င္မွ လူသားတို႔၏ အက်ိဳးစီးပြားကို ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ မိမိနိုင္ငံ ႏွင္႔ မိမိလူမ်ိဳး၏ အက်ိဳးစီးပြားေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း အခ်ိန္ရွိသေလာက္ မ်ားမ်ား အလုပ္လုပ္ေဆာင္၍ မိမိ၏ခႏၶာကိုယ္ ႏွင္႔ မိမိအသိပညာ တို႔အား ျပင္းျပင္းထန္ထန္ အသံုးခ်ၿပီး အခ်ိန္ကုန္ေစဖို႔ ႀကိဳးစားသင္႔ေပသည္။
